The control systems of all of our machines are designed to provide the highest level of reliability combined with the simplicity of a user-friendly touch screen interface to maximize production and minimize training requirements.

The hydraulic systems on our machines are perhaps the best feature we offer. A high energy efficient motor and pump are located to maximize the performance and minimize noise. Separate manifolding for the clamping system, the shot system and on larger machines, the core pull and hydraulic ejector provide efficient delivery of the fluid to enable smooth, trouble free operation.

All of our machines come equipped with a full complement of safety features including hydraulic and electric interlocks, guarding, and ratchet safety devices. Safety redundancy is provided in all of our circuit designs and critical backups are included. International safety standards including CE and ANSI as well as prevailing local codes are met or exceeded. Safety signs with pictorial symbols are affixed to all areas of the machine.

The heart of any die casting machine is the clamping system. Our machines have been desiged and built to provide years of trouble free service. We have selected materials, components and designs, which have been proved in some of the hardest environments possible.

Our shot end systems are ruggedly built to withstand the harsh environment of the furnace area. Exclusive dipped style steel goosenecks compliment our high performance hydraulics with optional Servo proportional injection available. Hydraulic nozzle break and piston accumulators are standard on all models.

The design of our systems is seamlessly integrated with our controls to eliminate issues with compatibility for the devices utilized. Vertical Rotation Extractors

Reciprocating Spray Systems

Conveyor Systems

The conveyor systems we offer range from simple devices for moving the casting away from the machine area to more complex systems that can cool the castings in preparation for trimming and systems that can be custom tailored to the die casters requirement.

SERVO Proportional Shot

The servo proportional shot system features a controller with proportional valve designed to insure low reject rates by enabling the operator to set shot velocity and stroke for first stage at a very precise low speed, second stage with extremely high velocity exceeding four meters per second and subsequent third stage in decelaration.

The third stage insures pressure and high precision reduced velocity simultaneously to prevent flash from occurring. All settings for the system are done on a dedicated screen on the operator interface. Pressure and velocity transducers are fitted on the shot end to provide data and are displayed on the interface.

The hydraulic manifold for the shot end of the machine contains the servo controller and proportional valve along with a dedicated filter to insure top performance of the hydraulic fluid necessary to support the servo system.

Shot Monitoring

The shot monitoring system consists of pressure and velocity transducers fitted on the shot cylinder of our various models. The transducers transmit data to the machine PLC and are displayed on a dedicated screen of the color operator interface.

The display shows velocity, displacement, inlet pressure and outlet pressure on a curve which provides valuable data on the performance of the machine shot system.

The system is displayed in real time and can be recorded and printed at the customer’s discretion. The system provides a valuable tool that measures all relevant parameters of the machine shot which can be used to diagnose abnormal situations and provide tools to correct them.

Electric Furnaces

The electric furnaces for Producer machines are designed with two removeable modular heaters providing the necessary heat to melt the molten metal efficiently and quickly. The furnace shell is well insulated and keeps the operating area cool while maintaining precise temperature.

The systems are furnished with a stand-alone control panel containing all furnace electrical controls and P.I.D. and S.C.R. controls as well as volt meters and manual controls.

When paired with the electric nozzle and gooseneck heating system, all controls are provided in the same panel simplifying setup and operation.

The electric furnaces give die casters the chance to operate their facilities with high energy efficiency and a clean operation with no gasses escaping, creating a safer and more environmentally friendly workplace.

In addition to being energy efficient and safe, the reduction in collateral heat and air quality issues also reduces the necessity of changing expensive shot end parts which last longer in the electric environment.
